Hello,

i have purchased the Woopress package and your team have also installed the theme for me.

Now im wondering if you please could creat a child theme for me to use?

Dear Eva,

I have to create a new FTP account for you at my host? thats right?
What accesses do you need?

I have already made some small changes in the settings of the theme.
Hope thats no problem?

Dear Robert,

Thanks for your quick reply.

I have contacted my host.

Wordpress has a update to 4.3.1 can i update it with out backup?
I have found a Plugin on Worpress called ” Child Theme Configurator ”
can i use this Plugin to creat a Child theme by my self?

1) We recommended to make backup every time when you update wp, theme or plugins.

2) Sorry, but we can’t guarantee full compatibility this plugin with our theme.

I have checked twice in my folder, i dont have a child theme in there.
