    Hello support,

I have this problem with my website: CPU saturation.
My hosting said it can be a plugin, or a process or a script.

I’ve examined the rouserce panel on cpanel: lsphp process that is a generic php problem.

Can you help me find a solution?
    Regards
    have a great day

    Hello, Aryanna_p

Provide us with more detail, please, and screenshots.

Have you tried to disable 3rd party plugins and check then?

    Provide temporary wp-admin access also.

    Best Regards,
    8Themes Team

    Hello, Aryanna_p

On your screenshots, we do not see that the problem comes from our theme.
    Please do the next test:
    – disable all plugins, except WooCommerce, XStore Core, WPBakery Page Builder, and check the result,
then enable plugins one by one and check the results.
    Let us know the results.

    Best Regards,
    8Themes Team

    Hello, Shicka

BE ATTENTIVE and don’t place the private information in the general message area because all the visitors have access to that information. We’ve edited your reply and moved access into the Private Content area.

We asked you to describe your problem in more detail and do this via a new topic, you just ignored this part of our reply.
We want to help you, but we do not see the problem on your site, so please provide more information about it with screenshots.

The latest info in error logs comes 3rd party plugin – https://prnt.sc/l2V1XwnEbtcH
, so you may try to disable plugins that do not come bundled with XStote and check if your problem is solved after that.

    Best Regards,
    8Themes Team

    Hello,
the hosting told me that there are PHP fatal errors due to code incompatibility. And to check if the code is compatible with the version of PHP used the 8.1.14
    Still have the problem.

    Hello, Aryanna_p

Ask your hosting provider to downgrade the PHP version to 7.4 or 8.0.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
