Coupon codes don't work on the CART page but do on CHECKOUT

We updated to latest woocommerce and WordPress versions and all plugins are current.

As stated, when a coupon code is entered on the cart page nothing happens, but when it is on the checkout page it works fine.

I just did some testing by changing to a different theme, and the coupon updating on the cart page did work, so its definitely something with the Xmarket theme.

Ok so when will that happen and what can I do in the meantime? My client is getting a lot of complaints about that functionality not working and I feel it is costing them sales.
