COUNTDOWN FOR THE EACH PERSON NOT GENERAL

Hello! is there an option to add countdown, that starts to count for person when he visits my page not general countdown? For example, for every visited person countdown will start at 24 h, and every time he will come to my page the hours will be less and less.

Like example here Nr.4:

I want to tell people that they have only 24 h to buy it from the moment they visited my page.
