    Hello,

I have checked your site and XStore core plugin is up to date. It just was not enabled.
So, I enabled the plugin and don’t see problem with this.

    Regards

    Hi, Ahmad,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

One of the plugins currently activated on your website uses Kirki, which causes a conflict with the Kirki code in our Core plugin. Please deactivate all third-party plugins before activating ours and importing the demo content (if you wish to perform the import). After that, you may enable the third-party plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the mentioned conflict.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
