    BE ATTENTIVE and don’t place the private information in the general message area because all the visitors have access to that information.
    We’ve edited your reply and moved access into the Private Content area.

    You have more than three thousand products on your website. It would take a long time to manually add them to categories. You need a personal content manager or do it yourself, for example – https://prnt.sc/VqBZja74CVnT
    Sorry, but we are not a personal content manager.

    Did you import all these products? On-site from where they were taken, products were associated with correct categories? In this case, we would recommend you contact support of WooComerce plugin, so they help you to import products together with categories and associate them automatically. Likely you will need to delete current categories and products and do the correct import then. This is independent of the theme, so we ask you to contact WooCommerce support – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
