  I have bought XStore theme today. The first step that installing to my WordPress site is failed. it says:

  Unpacking the package…
  
  Could not create directory. xstore/theme/assets/dummy/photographer-about-us

  I have downloaded a free WordPress theme and tried to install it on the same site. there is no error. it installed successfully. but when i try to install XStore_Theme_v.4.25.zip it fails and gives the error message.

  I am using XAMMP and my OS is Windows 10. I checked folder permissions and nothing is wrong with them.

  Hello,

  Very strange. Can you try to extract the XStore_Theme_v.4.25.zip archive and just move xstore folder that you will get to wp-content/themes/ folder?
