  Installed XStore theme and started to go through Setup Wizard.
  Got to the point where it wants me to select a prebuilt website, but I already have a website, just changing themes, so don’t want it importing prebuilt pages.
  There is no “skip this step” on that question, so I backed out manually.
  When I went to customize, it said I needed to install Core Plugins, but that runs for a few seconds and then fails.

  There were a couple of plugins we needed for the old theme, so I deactivated them, and tried again. Failed again.

  The URL to the site is testmec.com/unicorn and admin is testmec.com/unicorn/wp-admin
  But even if you only tried testmec.com, you would have still gotten a splash page.
  I just tried both and they are working.

  It could be that you are in a country that is blocked by the server’s firewall.
  If you can give me your IP address, i can add it to the whitelist.
