    Dear Service,

Ones users visit and login to the woopress website, I find the browser seems to keep user ID and passwords by cookies, because when in next time, if somebody use the same computer or notebook and visiting the website to login to, the browser will automatically show the former user ID and passwords on login form, that might enhance some purchasing risk for the former user.

Is that possible to clean up user ID and passwords from browser whenever user leave the woopress website no matter about logout or close browser window?

It might be with pros and cons for user purchasing process, but for the security issue, it’s very important to keep users personal data not to be exposed in anyway.

    Best regards,
    Eric

    Dear Jack,

Yes, I know the problem might be caused by client’s browser, as I know, most of shopping websites with the same problem too, and unfortunately most of users do not aware to disable their browser cookies, that’s why sometimes user personal information are exposed to public unconsciously.

We could not avoid this risk happen just because the user don’t aware how to disable their browser cookies, but if you could force to clean up the user browser cookies by program, it could stop whole this kind risk from people in ignorance of doing that.

Hope that the suggestion could give you a hint to seriously think about how to keep user more safely and with more trust when they come to your client’s website.

    Best regards,
    Eric
