    Hi guys,

I am working on a page and there is now a big difference between the look & feel of the desktop and tablet version. I attached the pictures for your reference. Normally if I adjust anything on the tablet settings, the desktop settings wont change. However in this case it does. Any idea what happens here?
I do want to have both pages setup like the desktop version, which means also the buttons in one line and not like it is shown now haha.

    Regards,
    Denise

    Hello, Denise,

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hi Andrew,

I already created an account for you, please see the private area for the credentials. Giving access to the FTP isnt possible unfortunately; I also use this part for other clients.

    Regards,
    Denise

    Hi Andrew,

I just saw it and it seems that you used another URL and then it’s not working.
Is it possible for you to verify this with Jack? Because he has my credentials as well. And when I change the password for you again, he also doesnt have access anymore..

    Regards,
    Denise
