Hello,

I used to use a different theme look and it had a “Contact Us” Page…

I’m now using the (Sidebar Boxed) and it doesn’t have the contact us page

how do i add it?

As I see you didn’t install demo content. Please read our documentation how to do this:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/demo_data_installation
Contact page and others will be installed.

And about the contact us page – you told me to install the base demo content

but my site is all edited and done and I don’t have a child theme

when i clicked on the button it said that it will change all the theme configurations

what should i do?

Hello

I have added demo Contact us page to your site and it work fine(please see private content). It contains Google map element which requires “Ultimate addons for Visual Composer” plugin. You may install it from theme package.

Hello,

You can install plugin via FTP like updating theme (the process is identical).
Please download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

1.You download and instull this plugin manually from https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ or click the link on the top(see private content) in wp-admin panel.
2. Please disable 3-d party plugins one-by-one and check the issue. It is very likely that some of them is causing this.
