    Dear 8theme Support Team,

I am currently facing an issue with the XStore theme when using it alongside Elementor.

The Contact Us form page works perfectly in draft mode, but once I publish the page, the form stops loading or responding properly. I’m using the Elementor page builder and have built the form using its default form widget (not a third-party plugin).

    Here’s what I’ve already tried:

Cleared all caches (browser, WordPress, CDN)

Disabled lazy loading and AJAX navigation in theme options

Set the page layout to “Elementor Canvas”

    Tested in Safe Mode (Elementor)

No visible console errors or plugin conflicts

It seems there may be a conflict between the XStore theme’s settings or performance optimizations and the Elementor form functionality.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue or let me know if there are specific settings in XStore I should adjust to ensure compatibility with Elementor forms on published pages?

    Looking forward to your support.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
