Contact pop up does not work on royal theme

    Hello Eight Theme,
    I have the Royal theme. In the lower left corner of the theme is a contact pop up, it does not work. I would like some help with this and am willing to pay a reasonable fee for assistance in this matter.
    I would like to either fix it or delete it from the theme, altogether.
    Also you should make it where you can send a screen capture… so that one can send a visual example to you as well

    You can use such screenshot maker as Lightshot and provide links of screenshots.
    Do you mean this form http://prntscr.com/jyy708 ? You can disable Screets Live Chat plugin, or set correct settings – https://medium.com/screets
