Contact form undefined error - by seangtc

Hi

I am using Royal theme version 2.3 and I am having problem with the contact form.

When submit the contact form, it will show the undefined error message, but I will still receive the email from the submission.

I’ve checked your contact form and there is no “Undefined” message, the form works properly:

Hi Eva,

I am still having the same problem.

See the screenshot in private content.

I fill in my name, email and message, click the send message, then the undefined error message came out.

I found out the problem, if I logged in and send message, it will show the success message.

If I am not log in, it will show the undefined error message.

Please try again at your end.

Hi Eva,

Yes, previously I have tried to modify the theme files but I already restored it with latest version theme.

You can proceed to reupload the theme.

Sorry for a long delay.
Please update Visual Composer plugin to 4.8.1 version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
After that check contact form.
