Contact Form Not working for Royal theme

My contact form is not sending message via e-mail while after submitting form it says well done msg delivered.
I tried several times in last few days.

2ndly i made another form using contact form 7 that is also not working. info given in private box.
(and yeah my contact form/measurement form i made work fine on another server).

Any help?

Hello,

You should check mail logs on a server. Please contact your host and ask them to check logs. If emails can’t be sent via contact 7 form too then the problem may exist on a server where your site is located.

can u let me know how can i check logs myself.
I myself have bit server/hosting knowledge.
