Contact form not working - by pborgmans - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi,

    I configured my email settings in the wordpress settings but my Contact form 7 is not working. Any other settings I should check?

    I can see that my order mails are also not coming through.
    Are there any settings I should check to enable mails?
    In the General options page I already set my mail server details & credentials.

    Hello,

    Check this FAQ https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/

    XStore theme does not have any mail options. All the questions about order emails are related to WC plugin and your server, so, if you have problems with this contact WC plugin support because we are able to help only with issues related to our theme options.
