  I found Contact form is not working and I didn’t received any of customer’s messages.

  I made new page and put shot cut [contact_form]
  And I set up our email on Theme Options > Contact Form > our company’s email.
  But I sent test messages but did not coming to company’t email.

  Hello,

  What is the link to WP Dashboard?
  We tried to log in via My Account page, but the credentials are incorrect.
  Also check Spam folder in your mail account if emails are there.

  Ask your hosting provider support to check mail logs why messages can’t be sent via your site. Some notices should be there.
