Contact form is not found when we change language

Hello,

Our products page main language is english. Contact form works fine for it. But if i change it to another language for the products. Contact list gives not found error.

We need credentials that can be used to connect using FileZilla.
Could you please provide FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption?

So, when i change the contact form it will be working. But it doesn’t save it.
