Contact form dont work - by hostdz - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    hi

    i thimk a have a probleme to tanslate my website

    i have fellow all instruction in
    https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/index.html#!/1_how_to_translate

    I already download poedit
    i translated some words
    i create a new file fr_FR.po
    i add $locale=’fr_FR’; in the end of my wp-config.php file

    but style no working

    also a when a recive a email form my contact form a recive it from wordpress@mydomaine.com

    i want to change it and translate all information in this email

    how to do that thanks

    p.s : its very imprtant to know how translate evry words in my web site because we use french nobudy understund english in my contry

    Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content to check the issue.

    We can’t connect to FTP account. There is an error:
    Response: 530 Login failed. Please verify the username and password supplied, and that FTP has been unlocked. Check your control panel or contact support for more information.
    Error: Critical error
    Error: Could not connect to server

    Please check it.

    Are you using 22 port for FTP?
    We’re getting an error “Error: Authentication failed.”

    hi my hosting use standart port

    we have be able to connnect with no issue with filezila

    also the image you send me is to small i cant read it

    Hello

    Sorry.We are still cannot login to FTP with filezila. Please check with your host if additional restrictions exist. Maybe our IP is not in white list for this server.

    Hello,

    Our IP isn’t in CBL list, but your host may restrict access only to some IPs, so please ask them to whitelist the IP address that has been sent to your email address. Please check it.
