Contact Form doesn't work, "Error while ajax request" message & translation

Hi 8Theme Team,

my Contact Form does not send the message and “Error while ajax request” message appears after clicking the Send message button. I’ve tried to find solution in older topics but I see it’s always goes personally.

Other: How can I translate the strings of this contact form? In Loco translate the strings are translated (I also checked them manually using PoEdit). I always have to change them in shortcodes.php after every theme update. Is there any way to change this part of the php file the way I change the css files in the child theme?

Hello,

Check the FTP access and provide correct one because we get the error while trying to connect to FTP
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Hello,

FTP still does not work:

Status: Logged in
Status: Retrieving directory listing…
Command: PWD
Response: 550 PWD: Permission denied
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

Hello,
I don’t know, what this error message means, where should I find the problem? The login data is correct know, it’s something else. Should I ask my hosting provider?
I wrote them a ticket, I hope I come with the solution soon.

We have fixed the bug. Check now, please. Fix will be included in theme update. Also, I have updated the theme on your site to version 6.0 that will be released soon.
