Contact form does not send mail – can you help?

    Our contact form on https://animalshop.dk/smagsproever/ receives entries, but does not send mail with these entries. It used to work perfectly.
    We have tried switching from the form in Elementor to Contact Form 7 and further on to Gravity Forms. None of them work as we hoped for – and we can easily make it work on other sites – so it seems that it is a problem on the basic site.
    Can you help me figuring out the problem?

    Hello,

    Do you have any errors in your mail server error log?
    Add the desired form on the mentioned page, then provide us with temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

    Have you checked the mail server error log?
    As I can see, you are using a Gravity form plugin that does not come bundled with our theme, co contact support of the plugin to get assistance.

    We have deleted the Gravity Forms plugin and the form as it seems to be a more central problem on the site. We do not get mails from WooCommerce either when receiving orders. We used to get that.

    I hope you can help.

    I don’t know how I check the mail server error log.

    Hello,

    Contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the mail server error log.
    Also, go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme. Check if you get emails when the Storefront theme is activated and the order submitted with the Storefront theme. Our theme should not affect emails. It looks like server settings issue.
