Contact form 7 not working - by filiphdan

Hello,

My website is done and already online, but i did not check the contact forms, usually they work fine in other websites i made with the xstore theme but this time i canot make it work, i complete the form and it say the message was send corretly but i do not receive the email, i already tried setting up different contact forms…

Can you please help?

Hello,

Please read documentation – https://contactform7.com/docs/
Also, check if this issue appears with our theme only or with a default theme too. Reply back in case problem occurs with our theme only, provide us with temporary wp-admin access in the Private Content area.

It works in the other website i use your template, but not in this one, i get mesage sent but i do not receive it…

Here is one of the pages were you can send a message:

I have two diferent contact forms i have tried, you can check them, i canot make it work in none of them…

The website is already online, but i cant fix this problem, please help.

Hello,

I’ve asked you to check the situation with the default theme because a server error can be the reason of your problem, in this case, we can do nothing and you need to contact your hosting provider. Please temporary activate Twenty Seventeen or Twenty Sixteen theme on your site and test the email sending. Let us know the result and thanks in advance.

I hardly asked any help with setting up the webpage, i am having one problem and you dont help at all, i tested with the other them, and it does not work, now i have lost on of the footers on my page and i have a double logo on the top, wich i dont know how to fix, so the site was ready and now its broken……

Please let me know hot yo fix it and put it as it was, also contact form still not working witch was the original problem…..

Dear @filiphdan,

I can see that some widgets changed positions in the result of theme changing. Sorry for the inconvenience, you can place widgets in right positions (Appearance > Widgets) from Inactive Widgets area.
If it does not work with the default theme, this means that the problem doesn’t relate to the theme and can’t be fixed from our side. I would recommend you to contact hosting provider or plugin author to fix the problem with email sending.

I already wrote my hosting and domains providers, it could have been nice if you checked the contact forms to see if i eventually made any mistake (i dont think so) as i hardly requested any support…

Anyway i can see the site is fixed.

Hello,

We checked form settings and don’t see problems. Contact Form 7 documentation has FAQ about this https://contactform7.com/faq/i-see-green-border-response-but-i-never-receive-mail/
So, wait for the response from your server admin.
