Contact form 7 not working - by sonso - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I am trying to get my contact form to work and I have followed tutorials and such but I can’t get it to work.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

Is it Home page? If not, provide URL of page with the Contact form.
Check how it works from an incognito window.
Provide us with temporary FTP access.

How do I give FTP access? Incognito mode does not work either and yes, it is the Home page. There are no separate pages for the Contact form.

Error in red border means that something is wrong with your mail server https://contactform7.com/faq/i-get-an-error-message-with-a-red-border-so-how-can-i-solve-this/
I would suggest you contact your host for support. They may be able to check the error logs to find out the reason for the failure.

I already did all of the things on the FAQ website. Plus who do you mean by my host? do you mean my email host? I use Gmail, and I didn’t get any error logs so I don’t know what you mean. can you elaborate?

Hello,

We meant that you need to contact your hosting provider and explain to them that your contact form does not work. Hosting support will check the mail server and the mail server error logs because these things are related to server settings.
