Contact Form 7 no longer working with Legenda

Hi there, I am having problems now with Contact Form 7, they have done a recent update, but now it is not working, and the contact form on the contact us page, no longer shows either, would you please be able to assist, thanks.

I also installed a lower version of contact form 7 to see if this worked, but it didnt.

Hi Jack, thanks for the reply back. I have contact forms set up on many pages, which are products, as well as the contact form itself on contact us. If you view here, you will see what I mean, everything was working fine, but now it is not and nothing has changed, I tried to rework the contact form setting to see if that would make thing work, but alas nothing. I have just discovered that the form on the bridesmaid dresses is in fact working to some degree, you can submit the form and it comes up with the error in Red border “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method” however when I go to email/subscription log, it is there in the log! But this is not acceptable for the customer to receive a message saying it has failed, as they dont know it will show up in a log. And the Contact Form on the Contact page has just vanished, it is still there, but cant be seen. I am not sure what is going on.

Hi Eva, thanks however yesterday I removed Contact Form 7 plugin and installed Ninja forms, this is why when you submitted a test it worked, so everything is working fine now with Ninja Forms, the Contact Form 7 plugin is no longer working with the theme, and I couldn’t get any support from Contact Form 7 tech support, I went to the wordpress forum and requested support, their responses were ridiculous and didn’t even get any help from them, put in a complaint directly to them, my client needed all the forms working so the only way around it was to change it to something that works. Thanks Anyway
