  Dear Support professionals,

  my product list pages, especially in Chinese and English, seem that they are not able to list products properly. The issue went away, when I disabled WPML media.

  Could you please help me out so resolve this issue?

  Hello,

  Please check if the issue persists with default WordPress theme.
  If it is then you need contact WPML support concerning this problem.

  this issue does not appear in other wordpress theme.
  it only happens when 1) woopress is used + 2) wmpl media is used.

  Hello,

  To fix that issue remove the file taxonomy.php in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress and keep WPML Media plugin enabled.
