    Hello,

I have bought and used the Woocommerce Bulk Edit Variations & Prices for Woocommerce.

Everything seems to work fine with that plugin. However, the theme is not displaying the right value on the single product page.

Here is a picture of what is happening:

Product variation price is changed, and it displays correctly in cart, however not in the single product page and on shop pages.

What should I change to make it compatible. And when will you be able to release a version with this compatibility?

Here is a link to the Plugin:

I have 700 products, all with 150 variations.

Editing them manually is just not an option. Please help out with this and I will be your most satisfied customer! 🙂

    Best regards,

    Emelie

    Hello,

Try to disable Ajax “Add to Cart” in Theme Options > Single Product Page > Ajax “Add to Cart” > Off, and check products prices after that.

Ajax “Add to Cart” is already disabled. The fact is, it does put it correctly to the cart.
So it fetched the right value of price to put in the widget, however it does not show the right price on the top of the single product page.

My guess is that the php is not getting the right object for price.

However, I do not no anything about this.

I can also confirm, that when I am adding a product which has product addons functionality to it it works fine.

I have increased the products price with 5% with the Bulk edit plugin mentioned before. The price
    4621 * 1,05 = 4852,05 kr (actual new price)

I will give you an example:
I choose an addon for 200kr.
as you can see here http://snag.gy/VeUJX.jpg

I then go to the bottom and see that the addon is 200kr making the total price 5052,05kr
    http://snag.gy/XbkwU.jpg

    5052,05 – 200 = 4852,05 kr

So this plugin actually is displaying the correct sum.

So I would need the single product page and shop pages to use the prices that the product addons plugin is using. That price is also used later when adding it to the cart even without addons.

However, the shop and the single product page main price is not using the correct price to display.

    How can I change that?

    Hello,

Please take our apologies, but we don’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins and don’t guarantee full compatibility of them with the theme.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Best regards,

You don’t even consider fixing it?

I mean there are a lot of people out there using variations. The plugin I have described is the only one that can handle price changes in bulk for variations. All websites using variations have to eventually change prices for all products due to inflation. Hence the plugin is effective as it can raise prices of all products at once by percent.

It would probably be a very easy fix for your developers. Especially since all parts of your theme are compatible, except for the single product page and the shop page.

Would you please send it up one tier and see what they say at least?

    Thank you

    Marcus

Ok, there seems to have been a glitch of some sort.

    It is working fine now.

What I needed to do for those who wonder is:

Go into one of the product that you have changed the price for.

See so that the new price is reflected among the variations. It was for me.

    Now update that product.

This made all the products change their price within the category selected for price increase.

After having done that one time, I never had to do that again. Plugin worked with the theme well.

    Best regards
