Conflict with Fancy Product Designer and cannot edit product

    Hi, after updating Xcore plugin and fancy product designer plugin, fancy product designer cannot load properly.
    Example: https://www.gogutty.com/product/gutty-feel-soft-golf-ball-one-sided-printing/

    I also cannot edit product.

    I get this when i try to edit photo. This page isn’t workingwww.gogutty.com is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

    1) Could you, please, explain in more detail what exactly is wrong with the fancy product designer? Provide screenshots for better understanding.

    2) It seems that you reached the PHP memory limit http://prntscr.com/w7vh9n Ask your hosting provider either to increase the limit or ask them to check what plugin uses all your PHP memory.

    Hi

    1) Resolved. Apparently a shipment tracking plugin is causing this.

    2) It shows Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 962560 bytes) in /home2/walczc0agxh6/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4755

    So, should i contact server?

    Hi, we use google chrome and has tested it with few other devices in incognito window. We could not load the product.
