    Hello,

i figured out that your royal theme has problems in the checkout if i use a plugin for generating invoices. I want to use https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/ but if i activate the plugin with your theme i get the following:
When I have filled out the form at checkout and then click the order-button, the site dimms a little bit to white and and nothing happens. Normally then there will be the order confirmation page.

Looking for it in firebug shows an error with “…admin-ajax.php?action=woocommerce-checkout”. This throws an 500 Internal Server Error.

But the email with the pdf attachement is sent correctly.

    Hope you can help!!!

    Hello,

“500 Internal Server Error” is related to server configuration. So you have to ask your hosting provider to investigate this issue. Also the reason may be you’re lack of memory on a server. So also ask your hosting support to check it and increase memory_limit value.

    Best regards,

    Getting more into it:
The problem appears only with the royal theme if its set to attach the pdf-invoice to the first email the customer get after clicking the order button. Thats what i want!
Also if i switch to a standard theme it works.

With the royal theme now it works only if i send the invoice manually on complete order status – that works. But i want to send the invoice with the first mail!

    Hope you can help!

Ok you can have a look into it.
Please update your email in your user account to recieve your test-orders…

The invoice settings are in “WooCommerce” > “PDF Rechungen”. Its set to send the invoice with the first confirmation mail. If you make an order you’ll see the described behavior.

    Thank you very much!

    By the way:
Perhaps you can also have a look on the Wishlist-Links. How can i change the added “/view/” in the link?

What about the Navigation in the Royal-Theme options? The menu items are floating around that looks not like it should be, isnt’t it?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

When I increased memory limit to 256M order was completed. Please check it yourself and clear browser cache before.

Regarding “view” link on Wishlist page, it’s related to Wishlist plugin configuration. You can refer to this article https://wordpress.org/support/topic/modify-browse-wishlist-url-remove-view-at-the-end for the solution.

    Best regards,

    Nice one!
Didn’t know that you can set the memory limit in wp-config higher than the visible hosting limit.

Regenerating the permalinks did the trick on the wishlist-link!

The more it works the more i love it.
    Feels good.
