Complete reset of the entire theme - by MSrb

Dear 8Theme team,

Is there a way to completely reset everything on my page and theme and start anew from a blank slate.

I have hired a web developer who made a complete mess out of a theme, and it seems that the easiest way is to reset everything and start from a blank slate.

Is there a way to do it? I don’t care about the content, I just want the to have all the default media, pages and features from your theme.

Hello,

We don’t have the option to reset all the content but you may re-activate the default version in XStore > Import Demos > choose version and activate http://prntscr.com/ll8otc

Dear Rose, I have reactivated the default theme, but again the front page is completely blank

Have you cleared cache? Did you make changes in template files?
Please provide URL and temporary wp-admin access so I can take a closer look.

I have tried clearing the cache, it’s the same.

How can I grant you temporary admin access?

I’ve disabled Gutenberg plugin. If the plugin is activated, pages can’t be edited using WPBakery Page Builder.
