Compatibility XforWoocommerce Product Filter

    Hi Support

    I tried to activate the plugin “Product Filter” from XforWooCommerce. I had some problems with the AJAX configuration so I contacted the plugin developer. They told me the following “see private content area”. What do your devs think about that? Would be cool when your famous theme would be compatible with the famous product filter plugin 🙂

    Hello,

    Use .products instead of ul.products selector in the plugin settings.
    Also, make sure that our Ajax filter options are disabled in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Product filters. If you still have the issue with filtering after that then provide us with WP Dashbaord and FTP access to your site.

    I tried it out but it’s not working correctly.
    For example when I open a product and switch back, the initial amount of products is visible and I have to push the load more button again. then the filtering etc. are not correct. So i think you have to check it with the provided credentials directly on the testsite.

    Hello,

    I have checked the filters you have and don’t see problem with that https://recordit.co/gCQWBclTlm It filters product using ajax and load more products if you click the load more button. So, what’s wrong? Provide us with video and explain in more detail, please.
