I’m having a problem with the YITH Request a Quote plugin. They claim the issue is being caused by a javascript error triggered by jquery.nanoscroller.js.
They’ve suggested this is either part of the theme or a plugin. Can you confirm if this theme uses this or not?
Thanks.
Hello,
Theme has that file.
Unfortunately we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme and some of them may be incompatible.
Sorry for inconveniences.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Can that file/feature be disabled? Even if it’s just temporary?
Hello,
There is no such possibility. Sorry.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Is there no way whatsoever that you can even point me in a direction where I may find a solution?
I do appreciate your situation and your stance to a degree however it is me that is stuck in the middle. On one hand you tell me you don’t support 3rd party plugins and on the other I have the developer of the plugin saying they don’t support your theme.
Is there nothing that can be done? In which case I will have no choice but to find a different theme or find a different plugin?
Hope this doesn’t come across the wrong way. Your support up until now has been great and is very much appreciated.
Hello,
Please take our apologies but we do not guarantee the compatibility of our theme with all third-party plugins for WordPress. Our template is fully compatible only with the plugins that are included in our theme. It’s impossible for theme author to make the theme compatible with all existing extensions.
You need to customize the extension to make it work properly with the theme. Unfortunately basic support scope doesn’t include features for additional customization.
You may contact some developer for additional payment to resolve your issue.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Eva – I understand. Thank-you. I will do as you suggest.
Hello webmastermicro,
