Compatibility with "WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro" need some help with css

Hi Xstore Team,

I really like your theme and want to implement more social functionality and I think reviews are most important thing for online shopping. So I choosed the “WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro” plugin. But I have 2 small issues with the plugin and the xstore theme and hope we can solve it for others too…

1. When I make a comment the page is reloading with “domain.com/…/#comment-53 but the page is not scrolling down, opens the review tab and show the posted comment. See private content.

2. The Modal PopUp and Overlay for Login/ Registering is misplaced. please see the picture in private content.

Would be great if we can make it compatible with the next update of xstore…

By the way. Great theme and support. Extended the support a second time :)!

Hello,

Thank you but unfortunately if you have the problem with plugins that do not come bundled with our theme you need to contact plugin author first. Because additional сustomizations are not covered under our Support Policy.

Hi Olga,

yes you were right. I already contacted the author but is has something to do with the theme.

Even in your Demo it is not possible to navigate to the latest added Comments like. So when an user adds a review, the page reloads and the comment doesn’t show up automaticly:

Navigate to the review doesn’t work:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/shop/woman/dresses/band-collar-copy/#comment-111

and navigate to the review section doesn’t work either:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/shop/woman/dresses/band-collar-copy/#tab_reviews

I get the same problems with the plugin. So customers do not know if there review got through.

Hope we can sort this out for the next update :)…

Hi Olga! This would be great!

Can you please integrate it in the next theme updates too?

And please tell me what you have changed :)!

I have a problem with the modalpopup – when you click on a little thumb or try to post a review when you are not logged in. The overlay is not over the whole page and the modalpopup is not centered in the middle of the screen. With storefront theme it works. And I cannot change it with css. Could you help me out? Please see hidden content for login and screenshot…

Hi Olga,

very nice. Now the page is scrolling when customer add a comment to products :)!
Where did you add the code?

Could you help me please with displaying the modalpopup while commenting? The Modal PopUp and Overlay for Login/ Registering is misplaced. Please see the picture in private content. On iPhone the ModalPopUp is in the middle of the screen, but it is near impossible to choose the form fields of the modalpopup… Normally I’m very good in css things but this drives me crazy. Is it even possible what I try to achieve?

Hello,

Please, clear the cache because we have fixed popup issue but changes are not visible because of cache.
Changes for the reviews were made in etheme.js and etheme.min.js. Actually, it was theme issue with reviews section, not the compatibility issue.

Hi Olga,

I cleared the cache, used icognito mode etc. but the Popup is still misplaced and the overlay is not over the whole page, only in the review div…

Strange, styles were changed back. Clear cache and try now.

Hi Olga! Thank you. the popup is displayed correct. Where did youa dd those changes, would be great if you can tell me.

I have still a strange behaviour of the log in form on my iphone in safari. The cursor is moving down and it is nearly impossible to fill in the name and password.

I made a screenshot, see hidden content please.

I must state you provide the best support. Hope it is ok that I came up with some minor bugs 🙂 that you could fix for all!

Changes were made for tabs http://prntscr.com/gw3lb4 new update will include this.
Do you have the problem with input only when our theme is enbaled or with default theme too?

Hi Olga,

ok thank you :).

I investigated a bit further and they missed to add overflow hidden with javascript to the body so it is possible to select items of the parent element. And on the iphone it selects input fields behind the modal popup… I informed the plugin author about that problem. It’s an issue on their end.
