Compatibility with Woo Product Table Pro

Hi!

I hope all is well.

I am currently trying to implement a plugin called Woo Product Table Pro

(https://codecanyon.net/item/woo-product-table-pro/20676867 )

I have used on a few sites before and all works OK, but with xstore when ever i select something from the categories drop-down the Qty plus and minus symbols disappear.

I contacted the plugin creators and they said its not to do with their plugin as not had this issue before and is to do with the theme.

Any help be great!

Hello,

We can’t open your site. Is there restriction by ip?
Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.

Ok no worries, if you could take a look incase its anything simple, but if not shall look at some customization.

Hello,

Thanks for understanding.
Ask the plugin authors:
Do you have any js trigger that works just after your table being refreshed?
Then we will be able to add our actions and make plus/minus work after table was refreshed.

Let us know their answer and provide FTP access.
