Hello, I recently installed a gift card app and the developers of the app told me it was a theme issue. Is there any way you can take a look to see if this is something that can be fixed or whether the app won’t work with your theme. What you will notice is you can’t add to cart/buy now.

We have switched to default Storefront theme and also don’t see the Add to cart button for that gift card https://gyazo.com/9d8f7b5d79edeee730823a99b87a82f8 Could you clarify your issue in more detail? Provide us with a screenshot or gif how it works on your site with default theme and with issue when XStore is activated.

Hello,

Ok, great but does it work on your site with the default WP theme like Storefront? If the app developer told you that it’s theme issue then he tested it with the default theme. Could you provide us with screencast of that test of your site? Because if you check my https://gyazo.com/9d8f7b5d79edeee730823a99b87a82f8 you’ll see that it does not work with the default theme. Did I lose something? Should I choose any additional option to make it work with the default theme?
