    Hello, Cynthia,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand that you are experiencing a 500 error when trying to open a blog post with Elementor for editing and previewing.

This issue is often related to server configuration or plugin conflicts. We recommend the following steps:
    1. Make sure that your WordPress, theme, and all plugins are updated to their latest versions.
    2. Temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins except Elementor and the theme’s core plugin, then check if the issue persists.
    3. Increase the PHP memory limit on your server (for example, to 256M or higher).
    4. Check your server error log for more details about the cause of the 500 error.
    5. If the problem continues, please provide us with temporary admin access in a private message so we can investigate further.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, Cynthia,

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
