Hello,

Thank you so much for your support!!

I have a question about “Coming soon” notice.

Please see this link: http://www.platinum-sun.com/product/rainbow/

when I select the size – coming soon appears…

I have checked all settings and can’t find where to manage it. “Set for Coming Soon?” is disabled in poduct Data General settings…

I have compared the settings to the other products and everything is the same, but works different…

Please help.

Hello,

You set in the product settings that there are only 2 items with size S and 1 item with size M. As I see in Woocommerce > Orders the orders were made 2 times for size S of the product “Rainbow Rashguard” and 1 order for M size. So now the product is out of stock because you set there are only 3 items in stock.

Please check it.

where can I read about how the inventory works. I dont understand. there are 2 levels where I put inventory and they summ shows in product list.
i have changed the number of items to 10 and 5 and it still shows “coming soon” (((
