Colour Filters Error Message - by DebbieC

    The ‘filter by colour’ option on my category pages is producing an error. If you choose a colour an error message pops up saying ‘Sorry, no products match your selection. Please choose a different combination’. When you click ‘ok’ on the error message box, it loads the colours chosen anyway.

    Therefore the error message is coming up for no reason as the selection process is actually working. How can I stop this happening?

    Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    Hi,

    I attach details. For the ftp, you would need to look for the staging11 site in there. There is the live site + 2 different staging sites.
