  Hi

  We deal with a problem with attribute color and sidebar filters.

  For example:
  https://sportsdivision.gr/products/roucha/uv-t-shirts-longsleeve/?filter_fyllo=paidi

  Let’s say we select size 2/3Y. We get 3 products in list and this seems to be right.

  Then, having size 2/3Y selected, we select color Black or Light Blue and we get no results. Why do the filters give the option of a color that gives no results when selected?

  In general filters should be populated with options that are present in product list.

  So the question is how to limit all filter options (color, size, brand etc), only to those attributes that belong to products currently present in list.

  At the moment, we do not see any issues. Please note that the content of the filters is cached to improve performance. Therefore, it is necessary to clear the cache after adding or removing a product.

  So you dont consider this to be an issue?

  Give you another example. Go to page:
  https://sportsdivision.gr/products/papoutsia/?filter_fyllo=andras

  First select color khaki. You got some results. Then select brand 4F. No results.

  Why again do the filters give the option of an attribute that gives no results when selected?

  It doesnt have to do with caching, it’s all about the filters behaviour.

  The filter logic has been modified in accordance with requests from other clients who preferred that all possible selection options be displayed, regardless of whether the corresponding products have been added yet.
