Color buttons in VC do not work / dont do anything. Common issue?

Hi Eight theme.

I have upgraded to the latest versions of everything, paid for 8 theme support, paid for a VC Bakery upgrade, paid for a monster add ons licence. . . Upgraded PHP . .done EVERYTHING . . but the colour selection within VC doesnt do anything/doesnt work.

Many people on this forum are also complaining about the same thing.

Is this a bug that can be fixed as it’s kind of one of the most important features in VC . . the ability to colour a row. You can work around it by using gradients but it’s rubbish and it should work.

Hello,

Make sure you use the latest version of Massive Addons for Visual Composer plugin (2.3.3) – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/38-activation-and-purchase-codes
Also, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access so we can take a closer look.
