As for change color issue is concerned Currently your site is on maintenance mode so it will be more helpful for us if you can send us your website temporary wp admin access so that we will check your mentioned color issue and provide you customer support.

1) Add the next code in Theme Options > Theme custom CSS > Global custom CSS:
