    Bought Classico via your website, and it wont work withou actication, when I try to activate it with the emailed code it tells me that the Code is not Verified. All the guides refer to a theme forest activation code, but I bought direct from you not theme forest.
    (And a search for classico on theme forest return nothing)
    Please help or reund.

    Hello,

    Go to your account area and make sure that you copied the correct code http://prntscr.com/sjxrw9 Use it to activate theme.
    If it still does not work provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access and we’ll check.
