I went on Theme CSS and there was already code there which we did not input.
Is this normal? I am guessing its from the theme updates etc.?

Some custom CSS code can be added into Theme Options > Theme custom CSS after demo content import; however, theme updates cannot add code there.

One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
