Hello we are experiencing some problems related to the clients are registered on the website.
For some reason some clients don’t manage to get in with their older credentials user/password.
If the client tries to reset the password it gets in the room and no mail is sent to the client.
Hi tried to check what was happening and I understood that the whole client section in the woocommerce section is not visible

Do you get the reset password email when the default WooCommerce theme is activated? Could you, please, go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme and test the reset pass email with the Storefront theme? Activate XStore child theme again after that.
If you don’t get email even with the Storefront theme then read this post https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-4 because the issue is not related to our theme. We are able to help only in case issue is related to the XStore theme.
Maybe you use some extensions for the mentioned browsers. I don’t see the issue with the list while checking your site using Chrome, actually, my screenshot was made from the Chrome browser.

One standard license is valid only for 1 project. Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
