    Hello,

We have checked WooCommerce > Status > Logs ( https://prnt.sc/-ANKx2ULhOqE and https://gyazo.com/e125dda8c9cbfc5340eade47d757ea34 ). After deactivating the plugin shown in the screenshot, the mega menu can be created successfully.

Therefore, we recommend contacting the plugin’s support team and asking them to resolve the issue.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello,

Since the error shown in the WooCommerce plugin logs appears to be unrelated to our theme, but still affects our functionality, we recommend that you contact the plugin’s author to discuss the issue. You may share with them the screenshots we have provided.

Here is the link to the WooCommerce plugin support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

If they advise that any actions are required on our side, we will, of course, be happy to cooperate.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

Hello, the following reply from WOOCOMMERCE,Please kindly help us, because After deactivating the plugin shown in the screenshot, the mega menu still can not be created : Thanks for sharing those log entries! I can see the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin is encountering 404 “Not Found” errors when trying to communicate with the WooCommerce API. These errors are related to the plugin’s webhook operations and merchant integration checks.

However, these specific API errors shouldn’t directly prevent you from adding a mega menu in your Xstore theme. The PayPal plugin errors seem to be related to connectivity issues with WooCommerce.com’s API rather than frontend functionality conflicts.

To help narrow down the issue:

Try adding the mega menu with PayPal Payments temporarily deactivated – This will confirm whether there’s actually a conflict or if it’s a separate issue.

Check for JavaScript errors – Open your browser’s developer tools (F12) and look at the Console tab when trying to add the mega menu. JavaScript conflicts could prevent the mega menu interface from working properly.

Test with a default theme – Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four to see if the mega menu issue persists.

Since the PayPal Payments plugin is showing API connectivity issues, and this could potentially affect other functionality, I’d recommend using the form on the Get support page of your account area to contact our Happiness Engineers. They can investigate these API errors and help resolve any underlying connectivity issues that might be causing broader problems.

Are you able to test temporarily deactivating the PayPal Payments plugin to see if the mega menu functionality returns?

    Hello @Howie,

We have analyzed your website and found that the issue is related to the missing security code required for the proper creation of Mega Menu items. This code is embedded in the area shown here: https://prnt.sc/E0k4Qa5YqzC8 (screenshot from our test website). However, this section is not present on your website: https://prnt.sc/CnBtLKR_L6xn therefore the security code is not shown and you have the JS errors in console.

To investigate the issue in detail, we kindly ask you to provide FTP access to your website. You can attach the credentials in the private content area.

Alternatively, you can manually generate a new Mega Menu item by opening the URL that we will share with you in the private content area.

    Hello @Howie,

We apologize for the delay in our response, as we have been working on a global solution. Could you please check it now? We have implemented the fix directly on your website, and it will also be included in the next theme update.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
