Classico/WooCommerce Product Images - by Laura

I am Using the Classico theme with the Victoria child theme. When I go into the WooCommerce Products section and upload images for each product (in the product gallery and hover image) the default place holder image stays and the new image that was added gets added above that place holder image. Any ideas on how to correct this?

Hello,

WP credentials are incorrect. Please check them.
As for FTP you can create FTP account for us and give access only to the needed site folder.

Hello,

As I see you are using old theme version.
Please update it to the latest one.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

I have followed your instructions, including the removal of the woocommerce folder from the theme, and have updated the theme to the latest version. The problem still persists. The placeholder images appear everywhere on the site when they should not be. Please assist.

Hello,

I’ve installed the required plugins for the theme and as I see you haven’t uploaded featured image for your products http://prntscr.com/bw0cda . Add featured images and check products then.
