Classico Installation & Dummy Data Problems

    Hi there,

    I have purchased the classico theme over three weeks ago and I still have not been able to get this up and running. I have installed everything exactly how the “CLASSICO WORDPRESS” documentation states it and I have incurred the following problems: Some plugins do not upload, dummy content just does not upload at all (it states that its been downloaded and saved, however it does not show up), some of the installation of the theme directions are not as described. for example update the theme by going to 8theme options there is not an option for update.

    Please can I get some clear direction to have the site installed exactly as I purchased it in the themeforest preview site.

    As for the theme installation please read the documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/classico/ attentively. Also regarding your comment related to the theme update you can see in documentation in section “2.3. Theme Upgrade” that it can be done only via FTP.
