Topic: Classic mode and product addons not working after update

hey,

i updated the theme and all but i can it seems i can not edit my products anymore. Wenn i deactivate WP visual composer it all comes back but the site and your theme needs this plugin to function.

Also, the “theme options menu” on the side is all messedup…?

Can you help me fix it?

Hello,

1. Please update WPBakery Page Builder plugin – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ https://www.8theme.com/faq/
2. Try to disable all 3rd-party plugin.

i tried that but stil nothing, only thing that helped is to deactivate WPBakery Page Builder. then all the options came back. but as soon as i turn WPBakery Page Builder back on it all stops working.

– classic editing
– any internal button in the productpage like help or screensetting
– product addons are not axescable

i cant change anything…

dont get me wrong, the website workes fine, only the editing in the backend is not there

You use 35 plugins, please disable additional plugins then clear cache and try to editing any page. This need to be done to check if there a conflict of your plugins and WPBakery Page Builder.

did it… problem remains… with WPBakery Page Builder activated i can not edit products..
if i deactivate it i can edit… thats why i think thats the source of the error
