1. How can I control the height of full width background images?

2. Suggestions for how I can utilize 1/5 icon boxes? Instead of 4 or 6

3. Is there a form plugin included with this theme?

Hello,

1) You can use height property.
Read more here: http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_dim_height.asp
Also you can provide us with link to the page with background image and we can help you to set height which you want.

2) This question is a bit unclear for us. Could you please clarify us with more details?

3) Our theme uses its embedded form.
Also you can use some 3rd-party plugin to add custom form.
