Chrome problems - by Cubestore - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I this Error in Chrome but not in safari or the other browsers.
And the footer is gone in chrome but not in safari.

And now when I tried to login I got this errors:

Yes- My page is too slow because the scripts are doble loading at my page. So I got this code and It should be added in the .htaccess-file:

And then the adminpanel is blocked. So i cant login with my user and password.
I tired to remove the code from the .htaccess – file, but it didn’t work.

I’ve replece define('WP_DEBUG', true); to define('WP_DEBUG', false); in wp-config.php. Please check your site now.

But Do you know why the page doble loading the CSS, JS files and blocking it?

Google Pagespeed:

Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
Your page has 34 blocking script resources and 29 blocking CSS resources. This causes a delay in rendering your page.

Try to disable third-party plugins, very likely one of them caused issue.
Also check it with default WordPress theme.
