Choose an option and add to cart buttons

    Hello,

    I am currently working on designing the general appearance of the store/category in the shop. In the Elementor preview, everything looks fine – products with variations have the “Choose an option” button (screen1). However, on the live store, it displays “Add to cart” (screen2) instead of “Choose an option,” which prevents customers from selecting the flavor of the product. I’d like to mention that everything was working fine some time ago. How can we fix this?

    1/ Please check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
    Let us know the results of the test.

    We strongly recommend that you create a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.

    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.
    We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to review the server mail log. Additionally, it would be prudent to contact WooCommerce plugin support concurrently for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    We are still facing an issue with the store’s overall view. The strangest part is that the same template is applied to the category view, where everything is displayed correctly. Do you have any proven solutions that would allow us to adjust the store’s appearance directly through XStore, without the need to use Elementor?

    If you would like to utilize the default product archive page layout through the Customizer, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to **XStore Builders > Product Archive Builder**, remove the template condition, and update it.
    2. Then, go to **XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop**, where you can adjust the default layout settings as needed and publish the changes.
